One helpful tip per day:)
Herbert Lui struggled with fragmented sleep until he found a way to fall back asleep:
- When he consulted doctors about this issue, they indicated there was nothing they could do.
- Generally, if he couldn't fall back asleep within about 15 minutes, he would get out of bed.
- Usually, he would engage in simple activities, like reading a novel or writing down tasks for the next day, and then return to bed to continue sleeping.
- Because this method proved effective, he gradually became more relaxed, confident, and found it easier to fall back asleep.
- When he consistently exercised, the chances of uninterrupted sleep throughout the night significantly improved.
