Anne-Laure Le Cunff advises us not to be trapped by our past:

  1. Our past has a significant influence on our future, but it doesn't necessarily determine it entirely.
  2. When we are constrained by our past, the accumulated choices we've made can heavily impact our future.
  3. When we step outside of our comfort zone, despite the significant risks involved, at least those choices won't be equally dull.
