As the first month of 2025 comes to an end, how many of your new year’s resolutions have you achieved? Ryan Holiday shares his advice:

  1. The foundation of everything lies in how you spend the best part of your day.
  2. I want to dedicate my best self to the most important tasks. Everything else can wait.
  3. It’s easier to focus on small tasks, and tackling easier things helps you get started.
  4. A better approach is to focus on the process: daily actions and habits that propel you forward, regardless of the outcome.
  5. Without enough energy and clarity to maintain these habits and practices, all other resolutions and plans become irrelevant.
  6. When we make mistakes, we can’t go back and fix them—but we can keep moving forward.
