One helpful tip per day:)

An important productivity tip is batching—grouping similar tasks together and completing them in one session. However, Herbert Lui suggests that batching shouldn't be applied to everything:

  1. The advantage of batching is that it reduces distractions, making it easier to enter a focused state.
  2. However, batching also has drawbacks: it can sometimes be rigid and limit flexibility.
  3. Today's writing makes tomorrow's writing easier, and because he doesn't batch everything, it allows for greater flexibility and adaptability.
  4. While batching reduces distractions, it might limit flexibility in scheduling.
  5. Not batching every task provides elasticity in daily planning, making it easier to sustain productivity over time.
