One helpful tip per day:)

Craig Mod and his group hiked the final 110 kilometers of the Camino de Santiago—specifically, the Camino Francés, or "French Way." This famous pilgrimage route begins in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, crosses the Pyrenees into Spain, and continues to Santiago de Compostela:

  1. Starting in March has its perks: it avoids the peak season crowds, and the weather stays cool and pleasant.
  2. As usual, they ended each day with a “Jeffersonian dinner”—conversational meals where everyone shared reflections and insights.
  3. You can make a well-informed decision based on data, knowledge, and desired outcomes—and still "fail." And that’s okay.
  4. Don’t get overly fixated on outcomes. Focus on how you make decisions, because in the end, that’s the only part you truly control.
  5. Optimism is a tool.
