One helpful tip per day:)

#reading

Anne-Laure Le Cunff jokes that the word yesterday is made up of yes + day, which is why we keep remembering the pain. If yesterday had an antonym, it would be noerday, so she wants us to forget the pain and keep moving forward. Specifically, these five questions can be used to help us get out of the pain:

  1. What is a negative memory you’re holding onto?
  2. How did you react at the time?
  3. How do you feel today?
  4. How do you want to feel?
  5. What steps will you take to bridge that gap?
