#work #finance

When we start a project, we often tend to keep a low profile and not tell others about it until we have something in sight. Julia Evans encourages us to announce our project at hand to others earlier, so that we can get more help and attention. Of course many people are not used to doing this, so Julia also described her own experience.

  1. Remember it’s my job/responsibility to talk about what I’m doing.
  2. Assume everything I do will succeed.
  3. Just tell the people who need to know about it.
