Daily Productive Sharing 491 - How Can Temptation Bundling Can Boost Your Efficiency?

Hannah England describes temptation bundling as a way to help us effectively complete tasks that we don't want to do: when we want to do something we don't really want to do, we do something together that is more enjoyable. For example, we do not like to clean the room, so we can listen to their favorite audio books while cleaning the room; therefore, that cleaning the room is less painful. Specifically, we can sort out our temptation bundling in three steps.

  1. Create a two-column list;
  2. Combine ‘wants’ with ‘shoulds’;
  3. Check for conflict.
