Thorsten Ball reflects on his ten-year career as a programmer:
- despite his early exposure to programming, he did not start out with programming as a career.
- in his opinion, fearlessness is the greatest strength of programmers, so they will always explore and always try.
- programmers need to pay more attention to what customers need in the present rather than what they will need in the future. Because programming is just a tool, and helping customers achieve value reflects the value of programming.
