One helpful tip per day:)

I've been talking to friends recently and I've heard a lot about words such as "economic winter" and "layoffs". In the current economic downturn, Will Larson shared his advice:

1. the average economic downturn cycle is 15 months, so the current downturn is not expected to end until the end of 2023.
2. during the economic downturn cycle, we can focus on working with good people to grow.
3. it may not be a very wise choice to get a new job for compensation reasons because you don't know the financials of the company behind you.
4. that of course if you are get a new job for reasons other than compensation, you can certainly do it.
5. if you are going to join a new company, don't forget to investigate their financials.

3. 如果是出于报酬原因而跳槽，可能不是一个很明智的选择，因为你不知道后面这家公司的财务状况；
4. 当然如果你不是因为报酬原因而跳槽，你当然可以继续跳槽；
5. 如果你准备加入一家新公司，不要忘记调查他们的财务状况。
