One helpful tip per day:)

Sarah Peck suggests having a daily list similar to recipes, so you don't feel like you have nothing to do. She has three items on her list because it's easier to remember.

  1. Taking a walk, preferably outside.
  2. Talking to friends, at least for 30 minutes.
  3. Getting ONE thing done that ideally takes less than 90 minutes.

  3. 每天至少完成一件事,最好不超过九十分钟。
