Peter Yang, while holding a full-time job, also runs a newsletter:

  1. He often says no to many things because he believes that maintaining the quality of the newsletter is the most important thing;
  2. He wakes up at 5:30 every morning, and from 6 to 7 o'clock, he does his own things. If he completes them, he considers it a successful day;
  3. He works asynchronously, including making decisions with his team.
