也许大家都听说过头脑风暴（brainstorm），也就是大家坐在一块集思广益。今天的分享确实另外一种方式的风暴 -- 提问风暴 Questionstorms。即大家坐在一块问问题，然后再去找解决方案。值得注意的是，想要有效地组织提问风暴的话，需要注意以下几点：

• Don’t let people give answers during the question portion
• Enforce timing of each segment of the meeting
• Take good notes on who says what
• Did we identify any questions that must have answers that no one in this room can answer? Who can answer those?
• Are there any questions that we can answer now?
• Can we identify and assign any obvious action items?

Maybe you've heard of brainstorming: people sit down together to discuss and share whatever in their minds. Today's share is really a different kind of storm - Questionstorms, where you sit down together and ask questions and then find solutions. It's worth noting the following if you want to organize a questionstorm effectively.

• Don’t let people give answers during the question portion
