今天的推荐是一份封城期间的书单，涵盖小说/非虚构等几个类别，二三十本书的推荐可见作者的阅读效率之高。里面恰好有两本我正在读的书，也正好推荐给大家。一本是奥巴马所著的 The Promised Land，讲述他如何成为总统，如何履行职责；一本是盖茨所著的 How to Avoid a Climate Disaster: The Solutions We Have and the Breakthroughs We Need，用极其浅显的方式讲述了气候变暖问题，并且如何采取对应措施。

一年的四分之一快过去了，不知道大家的新年阅读计划执行得如何了？我先忏悔一下，近来读书比较慢:(

Today's recommendation is a list of books during the lockdown, covering several categories such as fiction/non-fiction, and containing dozens of books recommended shows how efficiently the author reads. There happen to be two books in there that I'm reading that I also like to recommend. One is The Promised Land by Barack Obama, about how he became President and how he carried out his duties, and the other is How to Avoid a Climate Disaster: The Solutions We Have and the How to Avoid a Climate Disaster: The Solutions We Have and the Breakthroughs We Need by Bill Gates, which is an extremely simple look at the issue of climate warming and how to deal with it.

With a quarter of the year almost gone, I wonder how everyone's New Year reading plans are coming along? I'll start with a confession, I've been a slow reader lately :(
