DPS 周刊 79 - 按照精力规划时间

最近翻完了 At Your Best 这本书,它不仅详细地介绍了如何根据自己的精力来安排日程,也讨论了如何长远地将人生安排与之相衔接。很多介绍时间管理的书籍都会专注在如何更高效地完成更多的任务,但是他们忽略了一点,即人的精力是有限的。要想在有限的资源里分配更多的任务,那么只会导致任务的完成度和质量受影响。作者 Carey Nieuwhof 建议我们先关注自身的精力分配,按照高低,分为绿区,黄区和红区,即精力充足,精力有限,精力受限三块时间。然后根据任务的重要程度依次安排到这三块区域里。每天的绿区/黄区/红区的分布大致相同,这样有了一个预先安排好的分布,我们也就可以更合理地把任务安排进去,长远来看也就让我们更高效,也更有持续性。

又到了一年一度的新年愿望时刻,Shawn Blanc 认为有三种计划者,他们之间的共性是认为新年是一张白纸,我们可以任意规划:

  1. 一部分人都会在新年的第一个月改变很多习惯,但是到了第二个月就坚持不下去了;
  2. 一部分人会期望在新的一年里放弃一些坏习惯,从头开始建立新习惯,这可能也会变得很难;
