即将与我的私教告别,因为她马上要搬去另一个国家。 过去的一年多时间里,她给我上了三十节私教课,帮助我快速进步: 1. 帮助我学会了倒立,倒立撑,脚触杆,双力臂等等体操动作; 2. 帮助我大幅提高深蹲,硬拉,挺举,抓举等绝对力量; 3. 帮助我学会了双摇; 4. 帮助我提高了划船机,滑雪机还有跑步等有氧耐力。 回过头一看,当时学倒立,学双摇的时候都很绝望,努力了很久都学不会。可是教练一点都不急,一点点教我做降阶动作,一点点陪我练习。就这样,我花了两个月时间学会了倒立,又花了两个月时间学会双摇。现在的我已经可以一口气做八个倒立撑,五十个双摇了。 就像
