之前和 coach 聊起，自己总是想得太多 (overthink)，特别是遇到重大选择时，总是前前后后要想半天，才能做出最后的决定。
她问我，overthink 的反面是什么？我说应该就是放手就做 (trust your gut)。
她问我，那尝试了放手就做吗？我说，有一些不重要的事当然可以放手就做，但是重要的选择我没法放手就做。
她接着追问，那么还有什么方式？我想了想，觉得吧 overthink 和 trust your gut 结合起来最好，暂且称为 lightweight thinking
